While we’re unable to offer on-site assessments or evaluate vehicles before giving over-the-phone estimates, we always strive to stay as close to our initial quotes as possible. However, there might be instances where, upon closer inspection, we find a vehicle to be heavily soiled or discover pet hair that wasn’t mentioned during the scheduling call. In these cases, we’ll be sure to inform you of any additional charges before starting the work.
